This edition is the Spanish edition of Saturday Night Fever. In this case, however, in addition to the normal cover, there is an outer cover with a very nicely preserved booklet. There are also three loose sheets that also describe the film. It looks like this is a promotional issue. I could not find a second such edition and therefore assume that this is a very rare edition.
